Precise delivery coordinates, favorite address locations, and real-time mapping parameters during active order delivery.

Information about the foods you order, transaction values, restaurants ordered from, and active coupon redemptions.
Device Meta
Push notification tokens, device identifiers, and language configurations (English, Kurdish Badini, Kurdish Sorani, Arabic, or Turkish).

We strictly use the collected data to maintain, optimize, and safely execute food and package deliveries. The processes include:

4. Location Tracking & Permissions
To pinpoint delivery locations and display high-precision map overlays, the Zakho Delivery app requests permissions to access coarse and fine location details on your device. These details are used exclusively inside the Location Picker, Checkout, and Real-time Tracking interfaces to map the distance between you and the delivery courier.
You can grant, modify, or revoke location permissions at any time through your device operating system settings. However, disabling these permissions may require you to enter delivery addresses manually and will disable live delivery tracking features.
5. Data Security & Storage
The security of your personal data is a top priority. We use robust industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to secure data transmission between your phone and our secure backend API servers. Access to user profiles and location coordinates is restricted to authorized personnel who need the information to perform delivery fulfillment.
Your payment details, account authorization states, and profile histories are protected behind localized firewalls and robust database access structures to prevent unauthorized disclosure, leakage, or loss.
